A Conceptual Analysis of Supply, Marketing and Demand Chain Management

Customer-Centred Supply Chain Management (CCSCM) combines the concept of marketing with (SCM) and Demand (DCM). SCM is a term used to describe how companies locations coordinate movement products services, while DCM refers control interactions between consumers suppliers provide most value consumer at lowest cost as whole. This research examines advantages both SCM. Second, it illustrates may leverage skills address problems presenting customer in modern marketplace; third, presents conceptual framework for recommendations more into objectives field DCM. The findings our discovery-oriented validating focus groups co-development workshop are compared those literature review. few current works on will be addressed presented this paper. Recent discussions have focused whether supply chain "lean" or "agile".
